The Right Way to Draw All Kinds of Birds in a Very Easy Manner.

In this part of my work, I have aimed to provide enthusiasts with the tools to draw all kinds of birds in a manner that echoes their natural posture and elegance. Here, the intent is to describe how to create these bird representations using strokes and arcs, paying attention to their natural settings. This approach requires an understanding of various poses to depict birds in a lifelike manner.

First Presentation.

By studying nature diligently, I have learned the elements that comprise a bird’s form, informed not only by Euclid’s geometric principles but by nature itself. The nature of a bird can be portrayed through arcs and lines. The goal is to make sketches that truly capture the bird's essence, aligning correctly and becoming familiar with Fig A as a foundation.

Second Presentation. Of other birds with long necks.

These include the likes of the ostrich and peacock, depicting them with their distinctive elongated necks. These birds are drawn from perspective B. F. G.

Third Presentation.

The swan, a remarkable bird in its grace, can be portrayed with subtlety, using slight arcs and curves to enhance the lifelike quality of the drawing. Following the guide as shown with the letters H. I. K., the peacock deserves special attention given its intricate tail with precise circular details.

Fourth Presentation.

The rooster, pheasant, and partridge are commonly drawn within an oval figure, with remarkable accuracy when the head follows an arc comparable to Q and R. Every detail of these birds should be rendered cleanly with references from other letters.

Fifth Presentation.

While I provide only brief descriptions of animals in nature, my focus is on illustrating birds with sufficient detail to be recognizable in their various poses—a guide to achieving lifelike representations.

Special Instruction for Drawing all Bird Feet in Varying Situations from Life.

Experience with renowned artists has taught me that practice and understanding from life helps in portraying birds in their true nature. One must maintain accuracy in the depiction, noting that a clear idea from life works far more effectively than mere guesswork.
